I have been going through weight loss process. And what I feel is that we have to really work hard and hard to lose the unwanted pounds. We had never thought that the weigh we are gaining is going to be too much tough to lose. But we have to be positive and motivated to lose the extra pounds, which we have gained without any effort. People who who are going for fast weight loss are just looking for temporary solution to their weight loss problem. We need to lose weight in such a fashion that we do nt get it back after few months or years.
