I have been going through weight loss process. And what I feel is that we have to really work hard and hard to lose the unwanted pounds. We had never thought that the weigh we are gaining is going to be too much tough to lose. But we have to be positive and motivated to lose the extra pounds, which we have gained without any effort. People who who are going for fast weight loss are just looking for temporary solution to their weight loss problem. We need to lose weight in such a fashion that we do nt get it back after few months or years. And I believe we never hesitate to seek help from our friends and professionals, as the key to get success in life is to keep on learning good things from where ever you get.

Bribing cash new way to shed pounds

A new Swiss study says that offering cash to the overweight children is the most effective way to help them lose weight.


According to the scientists, offering some cash prize was more motivating more the overweight children to losing pounds compared to educating them about various diets and offering support.


In this study, more than 100 families with at least one obese adult and one obese child was monitored and were asked to follow one of four programmes – including different diets and motivational letters.


And the last option was financial motivation where five euros were gives to adults for every kilogram they lose and the kids were also given five euros every time they improved their BMI score.


Professor Claus Luley said: 'We found that giving the money works in children – they were certainly eager to get their hands on the money.'

Ha! My parents tried that when I was a kid but it didn't work on me. First they told me they would give me a $100 if I could lose weight. It didn't move me.

In the end it all comes back to you from within. Your heart and your will to set a goal to lose weight. People can try to encourage and give support but deep down you have to realize that the only person that can actually move you is yourself.
