Are you are searching for food that burns fat really. Actually there is no food that really burn fat, but there are some foods that help you to lose weight.

  • Water
    Water is the most effective foods to lose weight. It's not about drinking tons of water - you just need to drink about 6-8 glasses a day. Keeping hydrated increases your metabolic rate and suppresses appetite - which slows weight gain.
