I have been going through weight loss process. And what I feel is that we have to really work hard and hard to lose the unwanted pounds. We had never thought that the weigh we are gaining is going to be too much tough to lose. But we have to be positive and motivated to lose the extra pounds, which we have gained without any effort. People who who are going for fast weight loss are just looking for temporary solution to their weight loss problem. We need to lose weight in such a fashion that we do nt get it back after few months or years. Lose weight with negative calorie foods

The foods, which utilize more calories to digest than the calorie foods in fact have, are known as negative calorie foods. It is harder for the body to consume calories from these negative calorie foods. I mean to say that our body has to work hard in order to take out calories from these foods. With this kind of food very small amount of calorie actually turn in to fat, as there is very small amount of calorie available.

This is anecdotal, not an official study: I can only speak for strawberries... they are approximately 55 calories/13 grams carb per cup. When I include them in a weight-loss diet (1-2 cups
per day), I either stay the same, or more often, I lose 1/2 to 1 pound that day, provided I have stayed on my diet plan for the day. Strawberries do seem to take off the pounds... Hope they work for you!
