This is anecdotal, not an official study: I can only speak for strawberries... they are approximately 55 calories/13 grams carb per cup. When I include them in a weight-loss diet (1-2 cups
per day), I either stay the same, or more often, I lose 1/2 to 1 pound that day, provided I have stayed on my diet plan for the day. Strawberries do seem to take off the pounds... Hope they work for you!
