Improve Your Cabbage Soup Diet

The cabbage soup diet is known as a fad diet. Know how you can improve this diet to a healthy diet concept, which jump-starts your weight loss and helps you lose up to 10 pounds in seven days.


Steps to follow about using cabbage soup diet

  • Buy yourself a good multivitamin in your drugstore before diet start and add it to your weight loss week. Vitamins and minerals help the body lose fat. When they miss - fat remains on your hips.

  • Drink Protein Shakes in the morning and in the afternoon. You need protein to burn fat otherwise your body melts your muscle mass.

  • Cook yourself a pot of cabbage soup - all two days. Vary the recipes according to your taste.

  • The more cabbage soup you eat - the better the fat burner effect and the weight loss. Store the soup in your fridge.

  • Fill the cabbage soup in a thermos bottle when you are on the road and take it with you in your office or on your tour.

  • Drink at least 12 - 16 glasses (8-ounce/250ml) of water. Try a slice of lemon in the glass, or if you really think you hate water, try herbal or fruit tea.

This is an excellent blog post. I have heard of other scam diets, but this on sounds like it is promising. I am in the process of trying it. Thanks for the information.
