There is one straight rule as far as any weight loss diet is concerned. If you are going for any successful weight loss diet, it must contain fewer calories; less food to eat but that must be healthy food.

Weight loss dietIf you are following any diet, which allows you to eat anything to lose weight, you are fooling yourself. Follow these dieting tips to lose weight:

  • Don’t miss breakfast

  • Do not eat too much in the evening especially if you have little time for exercise afterwards. It is always good to eat more when you are going to be more active.

  • Always take hearty breakfast, a substantial lunch, and a light dinner.

  • Do not eat any thing when you are watching TV, working on the computer and doing some work.
    Stop frying food.

  • If you must snack, stock the fridge with low calorie snacks like raw vegetables and low fat yogurt.

Great tips, I agree. You just have to figure out how many calories your body needs a day and try to get to that desirable weight based on your height and build. There are free health calculators over on healthy balance's website that I found very useful.
