Some natural weight loss tips

Many of us always keep on looking for some natural weight loss diets that has are surely going to work for our weight loss. There are too many diets available in the market, which promise too much and deliver too little. Losing weight has become a passion for many of us. So all of us are very serious about this passion and do not hesitate to go for nay way that promise us towards the fulfillment of this passion.


As I have experienced, weight loss diet pills are not going to help us in any way to our weight loss in the long run. They can be effective in the short term only. So I never prefer weight loss diet pills.


All of us always keep on looking new weight loss tips because all have the dream to lose weight quickly. And we all want immediate results. What will be good for us is that whether we go for quick or slow weight loss, the weight loss should be safe, natural and permanent. For many of us losing weight permanently may be a rather slow progress for some people depending on metabolic rate and how much weight loss is needed. Here I am sharing some natural weight loss tips that are surely going to work for our weight loss and will help us keep it off permanently.



  1. It is always recommended that we should never skip our breakfast.

  2. We should never eat anything for one hour before going to the bed.

  3. Never take your meals while watching TV and taking snacks while watching TV are also not healthy choice.

  4. Include more and more vegetables and fruits in your meals.

  5. Use honey for sweetener instead of sugar, and carob powder for chocolate in all recipes.

  6. Stay away from high calorie foods.

  7. And most important is the exercise. Make sure that you go for exercise at least three to four days in the week.

There is a lot of compelling evidence indicating that eating protein before bed can improve recovery and help stay off the catabolic effects of elevated cortisol levels that are assocatiated with the sleeping fast.

If one is engaging in regular exercise they may benefit from the protein boost later in the day.

This is not rocket science is it. People will do anything, listen to anyone to avoid exercise. This is only basic math. to lose weight, one must burn more calories than one takes in. There are many free calculators online. There is no magic solution. And oh ya, the older you get, the harder it is to lose it. The metabolism slows way down. I used to be able to drop 10 lbs by driving by the gym. Now I have to hammer away for months to lose 10 lbs. I curse you evil BBQ!!!!
