Obese and overweight

You know there are two terms Obese and overweight, which are used interchangeably in real life. There is no doubt both of these forms refer to the body weight. But they tell us the different level of body weight.

To find the level of body weight, health professionals and doctors use BMI (Body Mass Index). In this body weight checking tool, your height also counts. You can know your BMI at BMI Calculator.

If your BMI is 25 to 29.99, you are overweight. And if your BMI is 30 or more than that, you are obese. So depending upon your BMI, you should consult a health professional or physical trainer, who can help you in getting out of this extreme weight problem. And if you are going to join a weight loss program or weight loss diet, Consult with your doctor, before going for that.
