I have to have my one cup of coffee in the morning -- it's good to know it has some benefits. I add touch of nonfat creamor, 1 pkt splenda, 2 tsp. of sugar-free\0 calorie chocolate syrup, and 1 scoop of biopro protein unflavored powder (20 g of protein; 80 calories). I won't give up my apple I have later on though. Lady Rose
