Healthy Food choices

Do not what is the healthy food for you and need some help in this regard, here some guideline that will help you in making a healthy food choice:



  • Eat whole, unprocessed foods

  • Eat pasture fed meat

  • Eat wild fish

  • Eat olive oil, sesame oil, palm oil, coconut oil

  • take cod liver oil regularly

  • organic fruits & vegetables

  • whole grains (preferably sprouted or soaked prior to cooking)

  • fermented vegetables and drinks

  • filtered water for drinking and cooking

  • Celtic sea salt

  • natural sweeteners (in moderation)

  • use only natural food based supplements

  • sleep, exercise, and natural light
