Role of exercise and diet

Journal of clinical endocrinology & metabolism US has put forth a surprising relationship between exercise and diet. According to it a controlled healthy food and regular exercise is best to utilize calories because more are utilized in building muscle mass. It took two groups one is supplied with calorie - controlled diet and another is with more calories followed by a strict fitness system to burn extra calories. And results after six Month trials were quite amazing both groups shows similar reduction of energy. Both groups lose 27% abdominal visceral fat, 24% fat mass and 10% of their body weight. Most significant is lose of visceral fat.


Findings show that Weight loss can be exercised either through limiting calories or through losing calories. So weight and fat loss will occur equally if the calories are removed from the body or are never added in the first place. Researches show that building muscles can increase the body’s ability to loss weight. So an appropriate program of diet and exercise is best for weight loss.
