I have been going through weight loss process. And what I feel is that we have to really work hard and hard to lose the unwanted pounds. We had never thought that the weigh we are gaining is going to be too much tough to lose. But we have to be positive and motivated to lose the extra pounds, which we have gained without any effort. We need to lose weight in such a fashion that we do nt get it back after few months or years. Lemon Juice diet for losing weight

lose weight with lemon diet Lemon can be a big friend for someone who is trying to lose weight. The Juice diet advocates a healthy diet plan based on sever principles. These are the principle upon which lemon juice diet is based (Via The Daily Mail).


In case you are able to mix these principles with your daily exercise system including 30 minutes of aerobics activity for five to six day a week, with in a week or so you will feel healthier and have the feeling of lose clothes. And within two weeks you will start losing pounds. So follow these seven principles to lose weight and to burn fat:



  1. Start your morning with a lemon juice in a warm glass of water. Water plays an important role in weight loss so drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Keep alcohol consumption within limits and also keep tea and coffee to minimum. Stay away from fuzzy drinks and sweetened fruit juice.

  2. Take five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.

  3. Keep your blood sugar level healthy

  4. Cut your intake of sugary goods

  5. Avoid saturated fat and unsaturated fat can help you in losing weight by delaying the interval of carbohydrates into your bloodstream

  6. Eat lots of whole foods

  7. Chew your meals properly and eat slowly for better digestion system

The lemonade diet is also known as master cleanse diet or lemon cleanse diet. This diet will help to lose weight, think sharper, give up smoking, generally feel amazing and sleep better.

Thats true. Lemon being a citric fruit helps a lot in loosing weight. The combination of a healthy diet and exercise is essential for weight control and weight loss.
