I agree. There are so many factors to consider when choosing the best health and fitness equipment. I have found that investing in a few quality pieces is the best option.
Recently I purchased an elliptical trainer which I am loving. It was quite expensive but I have found that it works my entire body and has saved me paying a huge gym subscription, which I never use!
As a woman choosing the right fitness equipment is all about what is going to give me results.
So I suggest buying something that not only incorporates cardio but also some strength training.
