good information there thanks for that I totally agree with what you said about people just taking the pills will result in a thinner body.. perhaps it's the way they are marketed... I have spoke to many people who are under this illusion that they can still have the same life style, but by taking 2 pills a day will result in a thinner body... mmm not to sure about that one...
