  5. Relax and have fun: Try to see the brighter side of the life. If you cheat your fitness program once in a while then ignore it and take a pledge that you will not repeat it. Some people commit a mistake while following their weight loss routine and then keep on thinking about it. This affects their motivation in a negative manner. You should save yourself from such things.

I think it would be better if you try not to be secretive about you trying to lose weight, in fact having a diet buddy will even help you motivate. Your friends will be aware and will even support you.

It is also advisable to have a weight loss buddy whom you can rely on in times when you are down spirit. Whom you can depend and can uplift you and will remind you that weight loss is not an over night task. I've tried so many wight loss program but the best thing I did is to have a weight loss buddy. We share thoughts about weight loss, ideas on how to lose weight and we even do exercise together. Never thought weight loss is as fun as that.

I just want to make one thing clear that diet doesn’t means to make away from food but diet means to have a food in a good routine basis to have a good diet. Yoga makes our body light as well as it also make our mind cool and helps in performing diligently all our daily work and makes our day very much beautiful. It will be also good to have juice and fruits on a daily basis. Don’t eat fast food as it contains lots of unhealthy ingredients.
