Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.


This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.


I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.


This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.


So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

actually, I did gain that 50lbs in 2 months. it's a long story, but I gained it in 2months, so I hope to loose it in 3 months---which is entirely possible, and I consulted my doctor and a nutritionist. For the severe shift in my lifestyle that led to the gain and the equal shift back to my previous behaviors, 5lbs per week is a completely reasonable goal.

Blanket statements because you disagree is inaccurate. The more overweight and sedintary you are, the quicker you loose weight at first when you start a work out healthy eating lifestyle change.

I disagree with your comment, about losing 50 lbs in 3 months.. it might be possible if you Starve yourself! but how is that a healthy way of doing it. in the end of 3 months. you're going to have this excess skin hanging from all over your body. maybe you should watch some shows on TV about people doing weight loss & compare their #'s to your 50lbs dream.. but anyways good luck! you'll need it.

I loss eleven pounds in 2 weeks and 20 in 4 weeks I feel great My skin is not saggy and I don't even feel like I'm dieting because I enjoy eating healthy now and working out. I didn't do any special diets, just stop eating empty caleries, Drink plenty of water and work out every day. It is so inspiring to see how quickly I'm losing weight.

I seem to have gained 30lbs. in two years I think. I feel like an elephant. I am 5/4 and weight 160lbs. I should way about 130. How much do you need to excersize. I feel as if I eat well. I have been eating Raisin brand cereal every morning. I walk about 10 blocks a day. Do I need to do more extreme walking? I have only started walking this last month. When can you start to notice? What are some good and easy excersizes?

Why not try the tips I provide on this blog. The key to weight loss is eating healthy eating and regular exercise. Avoid junk food, soda, beer etc. Drink lot of water, eat vegetables and fruits. Go for negative calorie foods.

i have gained 30lbs over four years. i have tried tees, slim fast, diet and exercise but nothing seems to work. my problem is staying to a diet plan. my goal is to lose 20lbs in two months. please help
