The Cookie diet was created by a Florida weight loss Doctor, Dr. Sanford Siegal. He says this is the diet, which is really difficult for the patients to say no. Doctor Sanford said that with the help of cookie diet, many of his patients were able to shed even 15 pounds per month.

He came up with a special recipe consisting of "appetite suppressing'" amino acids.

You eat six of the cookies day, then a low calorie dinner. But you need to exercise caution. The cookies will soon be available online, and will cost about $60 for a week’s supply.

I have also heard a bit about cookie diet. With cookie diet, you are able to lose 10 to 15 pounds per month and that also in a safe and effective way.

I tried The cookie diet for 40 days and was able to lose 25 pounds in the process. For the first two to three days, I felt as if I was straving myself. But after that, I never felt the hunger. I was drinking lot of water during the day, six servings of cookie diet during the day and a healthy food at night. This is the first diet which I think is helpful in losing pounds quicky in a very short interval of time.
